Register for either Belgian Waffle Ride Utah or Belgian Waffle Ride Montana by June 19, 2026, and you’ll automatically be entered into the BWR x Van Rysel Ride & Win Sweepstakes.

Riders may also enter without registering by sending an email to info@monumentsofcycling.com with the subject line “BWR x Van Rysel Sweepstakes Entry” and including their full name, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth in the body of the email. Limit one entry per person. 

The Sweepstakes runs through June 19, 2026, with winners selected in a random drawing following the close of the entry period.

1.        Sponsor

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Monuments of Cycling (“Sponsor”). Questions regarding the promotion may be directed to info@monumentsofcycling.com.

2.      Eligibility

The BWR x Van Rysel Ride & Win Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Monuments of Cycling, Van Rysel, and any affiliated sponsors, partners, or promotional agencies, as well as their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to win.

3.      Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins upon announcement and ends at 11:59 PM PT on June 19, 2026 (“Entry Period”).

All entries, including alternate entries, must be received by June 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT.

4.     How to Enter

Automatic Entry:
Participants who register for either BWR Utah or BWR Montana during the Entry Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
To enter without registering, send an email to info@monumentsofcycling.com with the subject line:
“BWR x Van Rysel Sweepstakes Entry”

Include your full name, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth in the body of the email. Limit one entry per person.

5.      Prizes

Winners will be selected at random following the close of the Entry Period.

Prizes include:

• Two (2) Van Rysel RCR PRO FORCE AXS bicycles. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,999 each

• Two (2) Google Fitbit Air courtesy of Capriroso

• One (1) free entry into any 2027 Belgian Waffle Ride event. ARV varies by event.

• ALMSTHRE gear bags and accessories. ARV: approximately $150

Total approximate retail value of all prizes may exceed $14,500.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution will be offered. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6.      Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about June 22, 2026 from all eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days following the drawing. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to respond within seven (7) days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7.      General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Entrants further agree to release and hold harmless Monuments of Cycling, Van Rysel, all promotional partners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

8.      Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor and its partners to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, and hometown for promotional and marketing purposes in any media worldwide without further compensation or notice.

9.      Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes or fulfill prizes.

10.Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

11.   Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
