BWR Ride & Win Sweepstakes – Official Rules

A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Monuments of Cycling. For questions, contact: info@monumentsofcycling.com.

2. Eligibility

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Monuments of Cycling and any of its affiliated partners are not eligible to win.

3. Entry Period

Eligible participants can enter by registering for BWR Montana by 11:59 PM PT on June 27, 2025.

All entries, including alternate entries, must be received by June 27, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT.

4. How to Enter

Automatic Entry: Participants who register for BWR Montana during the entry period will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes.

Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
To enter without registering, email your full name, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth to info@monumentsofcycling.com with the subject line “BWR Ride & Win Sweepstakes Entry.” Limit one entry per person.

5. Prizes

Three winners will be selected at random on June 29, 2025.

• Grand Prize: Haro Carbon 3 Gravel Bike (56cm) (GRX 11-speed). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,500
• Second Prize: Official BWR Cycling Kit by Mumu. ARV: $250
• Third Prize: Performance Nutrition Pack from Neversecond. ARV: $150

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Monuments of Cycling reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on June 29, 2025. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Monuments of Cycling’s decisions, which are final and binding. Entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Monuments of Cycling, its partners, affiliates, and their respective officers and employees from any claims arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

8. Publicity

By accepting a prize, each winner grants Monuments of Cycling the right to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering the sweepstakes and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the prize.
